Seamless switching
Once you've placed your order, you can choose a suitable installation date. Our customer service team will be on hand to support you and make the process of switching to full fibre seamless and without disruption.
If you're using the One Touch Switch service, we'll work with your current supplier to cancel their services when ours go live. We'll talk you through every step of the process when you call us, and you can learn more in the FAQs below.
If you're cancelling your existing contract yourself, you will need to contact your current supplier to end your contract. We always recommend that your existing supplier is not cancelled until you're successfully installed and connected to Gigaclear.
If you're still in a contract
If you have less than 3 months left, place your order and simply delay your installation until nearer your contract end date.
With your install date agreed, our engineers will visit your home and connect you to our service. Then we’ll check everything’s working, fire up your WiFi, and you’ll be ready for lift off.
